Take the stress out of planning your child’s birthday party!
Yoga birthday parties include: invitations for guests, 60-minutes of yoga and dance, yoga pose coloring book favors, and a special crystal for each child. Yoga crafts are also optional!

YOGA FOR WEDDING PARTIES
Slow flow or vigorous vinyasa classes for wedding parties, bachelorettes, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners and wedding day. Optional class additions could include guided meditation, crystals or other small treasures for participants, chanting, and crafts.
Work 1:1 with me on the goals that matter most to you. This is typically a 4-week program that we can build on as you reach your goals and set new ones!
