Robin Reynolds: October - December

Robin’s paintings reimagine plein-air landscape, dancing between near and far, abstraction and representation. In-depth focus replaces distant views. Over 3 - 7 sittings, passing days, and weather transform her viewpoints. Manipulating paint, she strives to capture the essence of a place through the lyrical rhythms of growth, bloom, and decay. The luxury of painting in her backyard eased the chaotic transition from a mom of three, to a solitary mindset. Her garden has become her subject and her sanctuary.
